Description

Buddhist temple paper scroll. Kakemono of Buddhist hell. Central figure at top King of Hell known as Enma (閻魔) depicted as a magistrate judging the dead. Many scenes of tortures by demons. Colors red, green, gold and white. Condition torn and mended.
