Description

Broad edge, iron. ARROWHEAD The Bashilele, now independent of Bushongo rule, are believed to have formed, with the Bakongo, the vanguard of Bushongo immigration from the north. This form of arrowhead resembles in shape that of that traditional ancient war knife of the Bushongo. The arrowhead is used as a knife among the Bashilele and the Bakongo.
