Description

Red ware, cream slip. Ring base, rounded sides expanding to ridge at base of sloping shoulder; ridge at base of short wide neck, slight outturned rim. Shoulder divided into vertical panels by 3 groups of 3 ridges and covered with black and red painted decoration showing an animal with 3 birds on its back, "trees", straight and wavy lines, etc. Body and neck also painted.
