Description | Stump of stone point left in socket of hardwood foreshaft. Shaft of soft wood with large pith; fore end of both saft and foreshaft lashed with sinew; the forehsaft end is also coated with a green "gum". The butt has been broken off, and is slightly worm-eaten. |
