Description

Vermeule: Sard. Intaglio. (Modern gilt ring setting) A Maenad seated to right, holding a thrysus in extended hand. In front of her a decorated pedestal with an urn on top. Neo-Classic, late 18th or 19th century in imitation of Graeco-Roman style.
