Description | Shoulder fragment of straight-sided pitos. Interior unglazed. Exterior covered with a white ground on which the decoration is painted in light brown glaze. From top to bottom: 4 wheel painted lines; band of horizontal dotted diamonds; 4 wheel painted lines; glazed band. Medium brown clay, very hard. Identification by Nicolas Coldstream on visit 8 Apr 82. |
