Description | Fragment of lip and upper wall of krater. Interior unglazed. Very fugitive black glaze on exterior: difficult to determine what the decoration was. Evidently there were diagonal lines on what remains of wall. Dark splotches on exterior, probably ink since there are traces on the breaks. Reddish brown clay. Identification by Nicolas Coldstream on visit 8 Apr 82. |
