Description | Contents of 38-23-148. Short pointed sticks; lower half or two-thirds wound with red, black, orange, blue, green or white wool yarn. Short soft feathers or down, generally of hawk, affixed to butt. Long pendent gray, brown or black feathers, generally hawk, generally two, tied on with yarn. Hawk feathers at butt. 4 hawk feathers attached in wing or fan shape. 3 strings of red and black crewel balls. |
