Contents of 38-23-154. Pointed sticks; lower half or two thirds wound with colored wool yarn. Bunch of soft short gray feathers or down affixed at butt. Two long pendent hawk feathers tied on with yarn and cord. Red, orange, black, white or green yarn; brown or gray feathers.
