Description | triangular ostrich egg fragment; thick. figure at center seems to be a man headed four-legged, long tailed beast (sphinx?) who has a front arm holding a scimitar. A sun with a face and many rays comes out of his back. A bird flys over head. An open-mouthed animal rises from the center point at bottom. A standing man with no defined legs stands next to the scimitar. A decorative border is across the top, and the two sides have a (gilded?) band |
