Description | Short round pot with wide mouth and flaring rim. Dark terracotta. Pig face molded in relief on one side of the neck: round eyes, long snout with round nostrils. Face has a narrow, scalloped molded rim. Below the face a molded decoration consisting of circles connected by a chain of finger impressions, with a wavy raised line running underneath. Used to store smoked sago. |
