Description

Red painted/burnished white slip ware. Wheelmade. Paste - buff. Inside - matte buff, one side is thicker - spout edge. Outside - dark brown painted. Design - upper registrar: 3 vertical lines with one horizontal line across base; 2nd register; 1 horizontal line forms top of cross-hatched pattern of thinner diagonal lines, 6 x 5 lines 1 horizontal wider line at bottom, & 1 wide diagonal line on side; 3rd register; horizontal line.
