Description | Travertine eye component representing the proper left eye. Small area of red paint remains in the acanthus. Pupil socket drilled out with two successive tube drills. Pupil CG2015-4-26.3 fits in this eye. Gypsum plaster adheres to the outside of the object, from where it was originally mounted in a mask or coffin. |
