Description | Ceremonial mantle (ragi hotung). One loom width. Homespun cotton with dark blue borders and a dark red center with white warp ikat patterns of lengthwise lines and dots. Short fringes. Can be used by bride's father to wrap bride and groom in wedding ceremony. Series of four white and four orange beads in two rows along each edge. |
