Description

Fragment of a limestone stela, probably from Dendera. Raised relief image of a man, with plaited wig, facing right, and originaly shown sitting on a chair. Incised hieroglyphs above his head label him as the "honored one..." Incised hieroglyphs behind his head probably refer to his wife, whose image original existed to the left. The text reads "His [beloved wife(?)] Sobekethotep."
