Sommerville: Onyx. Incognito. Greek and Roman Cameos, Case RR.

Vermeule: Onyx. Cameo. (Unmounted) Facing bust of a youth of Roman Imperial type. The features are somewhat like portraits of the young Marcus Aurelius. He wears a cloak and perhaps a cuirass. Neo-Classic, cleverly imitating an ancient ringstone.
