Black, circular plaque depicting a face in high relief surrounding by scallop design with protrusions sticking up around the edge. Two holes through the face. One on either side by the corner of the eye. Attached label states, "From the Aztecs, or their descendants, The Mexican Indians, S Old Mexico."
