Description | Basket - "Kuki" Vine; hexagonal base, round top; plaited with openwork sides; three main elements: 1 horizontal and 2 which cross this at angles; base has a 4th element interwoven with the above 3; top 15cm of basket not open ends of vertical elements wrapped over top edge and woven back into design; rim a piece of wood wrapped in strips of vine strips and lashed to top.
