Description | Catlinite pipe bowl (A) and wooden pipe stem (B). Four incised drawings on pipe stem: one closest to the bowl is a figure of a red baby, next a blue knife with green handle, then a brown and blue tomahawk, and finally a brown quiver with blue arrows in it. Incised on the back of the stem is "Sioux Indian Pipe of Peace." |
