Description | This statue of a mosque, created using the brass-casting Dhokra technique, was made by an artisan from Dariapur for a regional craft competition. The decision to create a mosque using the Dhokra technique is innovative and may have been selected to stand out from the more traditional types of statues such as horses and elephants. |
