Description | One of a pair of Shaman's armlets (.1 - .2). Flat rectangular strip with one end narrowed and rounded. The straight end consists of three lengthwise strips (red, blue, red) of cotton; the other end is of heavy white cotton completely covered with black cotton in whcih are cut out symbolical designs, the outlines being overcast in red, green, pink, and yellow. The entire band is backed with white cotton and is bound with yellow cotton. |
