Description | Quiver and bow case made from animal skin and joined with leather straps. The bowcase has the fur side turned inward and much of the fur is still present. The upper and lower ends of the bow case both have thick fringe. The quiver has the fur side turned outward and much of the fur is still present. A reinforcing stick runs down the back of the quiver inserted through leather straps and underneath a layer of red wool flannel. The bottom of the quiver has a thick panel of reinforcing hide. A long band of hide with fringe at one end is attached to the bow case. |
