Description | Hitting end carved to represent a human head. Long dark hair knotted in back. Contorted face. One cheek swollen, mouth open wide on one side, narrows on other. Eyes and eyebrows slant sharply downward on outside. Black coloring under chin, reaching up to mouth. hair, eyes, brows and lips darkened. Ceremonial(?) |
