Description | CBS Register: terracotta figurine, fragment, plaything. rider on horseback. Fragment of a horse and rider. Both the horse and rider are handmade. The rider is headless, with its arms hanging onto the horse’s neck and legs smoothed into the horse’s torso. The lower back of the rider is smoothed down; a thumbprint can almost be made out. The horse is faceless but with a full neck and mane. All of the horse’s legs are missing. |
