Description | Duck Askos. Ring foot, the profile at an angle, the circumference greater at the bottom. Plump, duck-shaped body with the tail tip turned up. Vertical spout, overhanging ledge rim. Strap handle, flat arch, attached at base of spout and at tail. White dots around edge of lip. Indistinct traces of decoration in applied white or color on body. Lower wall, profile of foot and underside of foot reserved and painted pink. Intact. Mediocre black glaze. |
