Description

The construction with cane shaft and palmwood foreshaft resembles that of 29-58-71 and 72. The point is of bamboo resembling in shape the hastate form of the iron head 29-58-71. The point is split from side to side at the base and the forshaft inserted, the insertion being covered with a binding of fibre cord. The insertion of the foreshaft in the shaft is reinforced with a binding of plant cuticle. No feathers, no nock. Cf. 29-58-74
