Description

With obsidian point. Compare, for the general type of mounting and foreshaft ornament, Parkinson, Dreissig Jahre... p. 354 and fig. 61, third spear from right. The second division of the ornament on the foreshaft itself has the form of a crocodile's head with truncated snout. With 29-89-282 to 29-89-284 compare the spears P 3442- P 3454.
