Description | Flat, wooden Katsina cradle doll. The face is painted yellow and was likely originally green. The mouth has upturned corners met with curling red lines that terminate at the sides of the face. A painted, white tab rises from the collar to cover the center of the mouth. A tuft of yellow feathers is attached to the top of the head. The body is painted white and red. |
