Description | Compare 29-89-282. Cane shaft. The wooden foreshaft has the form of a crocodile. A band of string decoration encrusted in Parinarium gum is composed of conventionalized crocodiles or lizards; it is applied to the lashing which covers the Parinarium gum hafting. With 29-89-282 to 29-89-284 compare the spears P 3442 - P 3454. |
