Description | NOTE: The following is a description of a sherd too difficult to draw due to heavy firing distortion. The sherd is completely reduced and the lop of the rim has a slight "S" twist due to the distortion (as does whole body of sherd) Vessel: pot? Ware: grey: blackish with possible slip greenish tint on surface Paste: some chaff temper. grit can't be determined surface: chaff pocks-outisde maybe smooth and slo inside rim Core: black Wheelmade |
