Description | CBS Register: terracotta figurine, fragment, partly covered with white coat. Parthian. Statuette of a man, with hand on chest. PBS XVI: Male (?) torso modelled by hand. The arms are boldly detached from the body. The right hand on the chest suggests the orator. The shoulders are too large compared to the narrow chest. The tight necklace is rather unusual for a man. The slip of white plaster points towards Neo-Babylonian time. |
