Description

Marble(?), small head of youth. Head tilted slightly toward proper right. Hair to level of nape of neck, seemingly confined behind at about level of bottom of ears. In center of top of head a braid, with central longitudinal furrow, runs from forehead to back of head. Hair on either side of braid curved in long undulating waves. Right ear abraded. Surface of face much worn. Coarse white stone. Bottom of neck deliberately (?) cut flat? Kairos?
