Description

Cover for basket. Pebbles in cover (Rattle?). Twined spruce root with grass false embroidery. Design: fern fronds and shaman's hat. Technical notes: twined, close twined, two-strand, wrapped weft ("false embroidery"); 8 warps and 12 wefts per square inch. Rattle top lid; design runs under knob.
