Description

Black sarong (tembe me'e). Black, with pale blue stripes and blue borders. Made of longstaple cotton (?) bought in Sila market and dyed with local indigo. Machine sewn. Made in 1982, Larodu hamlet. Border stripes purplish blue. Narrow stripes barely visible. A few small holes or tears. Side and center seams unstitched for 3-5 cm
