Description | Woman's work basket. Cylindrical. Two-ply twining of spruce root with "cross" and "war-pick" design in flase embroidery on side. Damaged. Technical notes: twined, close twined, two-strand, in-between weave (with plain), wrapped weft ("false embroidery"); 9 warps and 18 wefts per square inch. |
