Description | Tied and dyed shawl, pink with yellow and white circles and touches of green. This is an example of chunari-style bandhani. Likely faded red, yellow and green. Made up of two pieces sewn together and folded in four before knotting and dyeing. Bandhani tie dyed fabric is often sold still tied up to show it's not a printed imitation of the technique. |
