Flat base; recurved neck, one loop handle shoulder to neck. Flat black flask with molded 8 pointed star and textile designs on sides

Narrow-necked jar/bottle with a lentoid body, hyperboloid neck, rounded rim, 1 strap handle extending from the neck to the body, and a flat base. No molded/modeled additions. The vessel has a raised geometric pattern on each side of the body. On one side of the body there is a triangle and dot design and on the other side is an 8-sided star with raised dots around it. There appears to be a smoothed finish on the exterior. The vessel was likely fired in a reducing atmosphere with localized oxidation as the ceramic paste is gray and orange in color. The catalogue number is written on the bottom of the base and black ink on the bottom of the base reads: "2784."
