Description | A rectangular kilt painted with a snake design on a red background. The snake is black with a white border and has alternating sets of two parallel lines and birds feet in yellow. The snake is flanked above and below by black, red, and yellow horizontal bands. The edges of the kilt all have short fringe and the lower edge is lined entirely with metal tinklers. The upper edge has small perforations. |
