Description | Head of "man eater". Upper part and movable jaw each a single piece. Mirror eyes set in circles of painted paper; red extentions of eye-corners within large, black ovals. Cameo eyes in concave eye areas below con-tinuous band of overhanging black brows. Hallowed nostrils in front of nose elevation about halfway from end of snout, red in front, black bound with red behind. Mouth (over) black lined with red above and below; line of nail-holes above mouth. Lower teeth represented by two pieces of metal turned up and notched at sides and painted red and white. Both sections of mask hollowed. Hole broken through in front of right eye. |
